Content & Digital:
Besides brand creation and development, we were working hand in hand with Black Iris on building Delektia's presence in the digital world (see Delektia's story here). We started by defining Delektia's tone of voice as well as the story we want to tell. Keeping the brand's archetype and promise in mind, we went live with diverse content and studied how people were reacting to the new products as well as to what they are seeing on social media. After learning what works best, we then started collaborating with influencers and bloggers who helped us reach even more people from our target audience.

In addition to working on localizing Black Tap as a brand in the UAE market (see Black Tap's story here), Eleven Percent was fully managing Black Tap's social media channels. This included content strategy and creation, community management, and advertising.
Together with Black Tap's marketing team, we were conducting regular photoshoots to create consumable content based on the engagement data retrieved from our social media channels.
We also supported the marketing team with content creation for digital purposes such as web banners, newsletters, and digital ads.
